What Each Registration Includes
- Full Registration (Presenting Authors): Paper presentation and publication, the Industry AI Workshop Day (2 Sep), all conference sessions, the conference dinner, digital proceedings, and daily catering (tea/coffee and lunch).
- Regular Delegate: The Industry AI Workshop Day (2 Sep), all conference sessions, the conference dinner, digital proceedings, and daily catering. Paper publication is not included.
- Student (IEEE IES Member): The Industry AI Workshop Day (2 Sep), all conference sessions, the conference dinner, and daily catering. Paper publication is not included.
- Single Day Registration: Attendance on the selected day and that day’s catering. Excludes the gala dinner and the Industry AI Workshop Day.
Paper Publication Requirements
Required for your paper to appear in the proceedings
Author payment, final PDF upload, and eCopyright submission must all be completed. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings or in IEEE Xplore®.
- A full registration is required for an accepted paper to be presented and included in the proceedings.
- Student registration and single day registration do not count as a full registration for paper inclusion.
- Each full registration can cover a maximum of 2 papers.
- The page limit for an accepted paper is 6 pages. Up to 2 additional pages are allowed at AU$145 (US$100) per page (see Additional Items above), for a maximum of 8 pages.
- During registration, authors must provide their paper title or paper ID.
Submit Your Registration Details
After completing your payment, please submit the details below so we can match your payment to your paper and finalise catering and dinner numbers. You will need your Payment Invoice No (starting with LTBP) from your La Trobe payment receipt.
Can’t see or submit the form?
On some networks (for example, where Google services are restricted) the form above may not load. If that happens, please email these details (paper ID, paper title, payment invoice number (starting with LTBP), whether you will attend the conference dinner, and any dietary requirements) to irai2026@ieee-ies.org.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to irai2026 [at] ieee-ies [dot] org.
- Refund requests must be received no later than 1 August 2026. Requests received after this date will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued after 1 August 2026.
- A US$50 cancellation fee is deducted from each approved refund. Transaction and bank charges are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed after the conference has ended.
Registration Transfer (Name Change) Policy
- Registration name changes are allowed without cancellation.
- The conference secretariat must be informed before 20 August 2026.
- All registration transfer (name change) requests should be sent to irai2026 [at] ieee-ies [dot] org.
Visa Invitation Letters
For a visa invitation letter, please complete your registration and send an email with proof of registration payment to irai2026 [at] ieee-ies [dot] org. See the Conference Venue page for full visa guidance.
